How Milestone GME works
Milestone GME is built for the people responsible for residency and fellowship programs: DIOs, program directors, coordinators, faculty who write evaluations, and trainees.
Set up your program
A coordinator adds the program's rotations, faculty, and trainees. Each person gets the access their role needs, and nothing more. Faculty who only complete evaluations never need an account.
Schedule the year
Assign trainees to rotations across the academic year. Changes propagate to everyone's view immediately, and trainees can see their own schedule at any time.
Request and collect evaluations
When an evaluation is due, the faculty member gets an email with a secure link straight to the form. No login, no password reset, no attachment to download. Coordinators can see what has come back and what is still outstanding.
Watch progress against milestones
Evaluation results map to ACGME milestone competencies as they arrive, so the picture of a trainee's progress builds through the year.
Have the documentation ready
Everything the program collects is retained and organized, so preparing for a site visit is a matter of pulling reports rather than reconstructing a year.
